Hi, Cynthia. The bread I bake takes only 2 hours in total including 5 minutes of gentle kneading. I haven't tried the Kneadless Bread - I don't seem to have the patience to wait 12 hours plus 2 hours. ^_^
Argus, While waiting for the 12 hours for the bread to proof, go to sleep or do some writing or editing. I have tried my hands at making bread. No thanks. The pita bread that I tried was as hard as a discus and had no pockets.
Wonda, I'd probably won't be able to sleep and get up in the middle of the night to peep at the 'sleeping' dough. Your yeast had died probably! Forget pita; try something more 'usual' - I'm sure you can do it. ;-)
Argus, Funny feeling though. I "met" you in Switzerland but when you went back to Malaysia, I had the feeling that you were so far away despite the fact that we both came the same country.

Yes it is gorgeous! I made it a couple of weeks ago also.

I would really like to try this, it sounds interesting.
Hi, Kelly. Which bread would you like to try making? The no-knead one or the Fool-Proof(ed) one? ^_^
Argus,

I'm usually too lazy to make bread so this is one recipe that I should try!
Yes, Wonda, it was a funny feeling indeed. Even though I travelled nearer to you, it felt like I'd gone to another world. ^_^
Wok&Spoon, Jaden's recipe is great if you have the forebearance to wait overnight for the dough and if you need to avoid kneading. ;-)
